Lamb Roasts for Easter

Easter is April 1st

LAMB

We are finalizing orders for our Easter Lamb  (the pic is a half leg, boneless).  If you would like a roast cut please order by Wednesday, March 14th.

Leg of Lamb please indicate: 

Whole leg, bone-in

Half leg, bone-in (cap or shank)

Whole leg, boneless

Half leg, boneless

Rib Roastsplease indicate:

Half (one side/8 ribs)

Whole (both sides/16 ribs)

We encourage pre-orders because we rarely have extra after the orders are taken, even when we plan more extras every year. We will also have chops, fore shanks and ground lamb. There is very little ground lamb from lambs, so please order this if you have your heart set on it.  

Beef and Pork
 
We also have Pork Loin Roasts, and half Pork Shoulders (pulled pork). Our Beef Tenderloin roasts are sold out.
