Tomorrow, June  10th, we will be at Fishermen's Memorial Campground Farmers Market, 9 am - 1 pm.  It's been a couple of years since we've been able to get out on Sunday morning so we are really looking forward to it.

Thank you for your feedback on wanting me to let you know what we have in stock AND provide recipes in the email.

In addition to Pork Chops, Beef Kebobs, plenty of Burgers, All Beef Franks, Kielbasa Dogs (cured) and our Sausages for the grill, we have some of our beautiful American Guinea Hog half pork shoulders just back yesterday - great for pulled pork.  We also have Ground Beef, Ground Rose Veal and Ground Pork for you to make meatballs.

Our Sausage inventory includes Hot Italian Pork, Mild Italian Pork, Fresh Pork Kielbasa, and Pork Breakfast Sausage. We also have our Lamb Sausage with Basil Seasoning.

And for an easy meal, here's a recipe for Slow Cooker Mongolian Beef.  I used shoulder steak in place of the flank steak and it was melt in your mouth tender.  Next time I will use less soy sauce (I used low sodium soy sauce), maybe 1/2 cup instead of 3/4 cup for our taste.

**If you would like us to put an order aside until you get there, please let us know by email.

New recipe: Lamb Burger with Onion Soup AioliMay 25th, 2019

This recipe surprised me. Onion soup mix was not a staple in my pantry, but after trying this, it is now.  While it calls for cucumbers and peppers, it's also great with just the aioli and a
